Yes, you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it (you can change this time as per your policy).

Provide your Order ID and the changes you want (cancel, size change, address update, etc.).
Our team will confirm if the order can be modified.
If your order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

No, we do not charge any extra payment fees. You only pay the product price and shipping charges (if applicable).

Exchanges & Returns
At Cordenbleu, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
Simply contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return/exchange, and our team will guide you through the process.
To be eligible for return or exchange:
The product must be unused and unwashed
All tags and original packaging must be intact
The item must be in original condition
Yes, you can exchange your product for a different size or color, subject to availability.
